Creating a custom class ring should be as fun and quick as browsing and buying on amazon. This project was an exercise in creating a seamless experience with thousands of possibilities.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic graduation selling season was going primarily online. The goal was to create an exciting experience and decrease the delta between in-school and online AOV.
50% of users were bouncing when browsing for class rings. I conducted user research to understand the behavior. With the insights from the study, the experience and visuals were updated.
